Significance of the Young Ones

Childhood makes a character of a person and it is one of the most joyous part of life. That is why nurturing a child means a lot to their parents and to the community. We must guide the youth to make them ready for their future. 

This November, the National Children’s Month is celebrated. The theme is “Karapatang Pambata: Patuloy na Pahalagahan at Gampanan Tungo sa Magandang Kinabukasan” in connection to emphasize their rights as a child and as a person.  It is to recognize the importance of children in a community and let them enjoy further being a child. One of the activities of Vigan City is a parade for the youngsters. Also, letting them experience to work like a city official to prepare them for the job they want to pursue in the future. 


In helping the children grow up beautifully, from the inside to outside, we can help the country in having better generations for tomorrow.
